Do You Accept Returns?

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS
All sales are final unless there is a defect or product arrives broken or damaged. To exchange an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product and a description of the damage or defect. We will process your exchange once we receive this information and will send a replacement product to you.
All sales are final.
Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for a replacement product or goods of equal monetary amount.
