How Can I Schedule a Reading?

Can You Tell Me About How My Candle Burned?

To have me read the candle you purchased, please schedule a psychic reading or if you’d like, schedule a Candle Altar Service where I burn your candle on my altar. This includes an email reading with results and advice. You can schedule that here: https://revolutionarymystic.com/readings/

How Can I Check On The Status of My Order?

To check on the status of your order please contact info@revolutionarymystic.com . Typically orders take between 3-7 business days to be processed and shipped. This can vary depending on availability of products and resources. This is a small business so please keep in mind that timelines may vary.

Do You Accept Returns?

While all sales are final, we do offer replacements for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to make a return, please email customer service at info@revolutionarymystic.com 

Do You Offer Classes?

Yes! The most affordable way to get all of my classes is to sign up for my Patreon under the Quarterly Classes tier for $59/month. You will have access to all my class content for future classes!

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange depending on the circumstance. Please contact info@revolutionarymystic.com to initiate a return or exchange.

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

All sales are final unless there is a defect or product arrives broken or damaged. To exchange an item, please email customer service at info@revolutionarymystic.com with a photo of the damaged product and a description of the damage or defect. We will process your exchange once we receive this information and will send a replacement product to you.

REFUNDS

All sales are final.

 

EXCHANGES

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for a replacement product or goods of equal monetary amount.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Online Classes, psychic readings of all kinds, non-defective products.
